Ventilation system

Doors are often open when the weather is nice or there is outdoor running involved in the workout. We are also the only CrossFit box in the area with Air-conditioning.

Extra sanitation

All equipment used by members is cleaned with medical grade disinfectant cleaner at the end of each class. The gym prides itself on being one of the cleanest gyms in Florida.
