About this studio
Bella Prana has three studios, showers, a full boutique, and classes of every level! They offer everything from beginners and stress relief to hot power flow and bikram. They also offer specialty classes such as prenatal, kids yoga, meditation, yoga for recovery, and yoga for veterans. They have a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program and also offer private yoga sessions. Bella Prana is a wellness center, dedicated to giving you the resources you need to live the life you deserve.

How to prepare
They have mats if you need to borrow when you are new to the studio, otherwise all you need to bring is some water and a towel if needed!
How to get there
They are located on the corner of Platt St and Newport. Look for a white building with a green stripe across the bottom. You can park in their lot across the street in the dirt or paved area, or you can also park just up the street where there are a couple overflow parking lots toward Cleveland. You can park anywhere that is marked for the Lighthouse for the Blind and on the street as well.
