The workout was very challenging, the trainer was super knowledgeable and the people in the class were so nice and welcoming! They play great music, I sweat a lot. Overall great vibe. see all reviewsMan, I wish I lived closer! Saturday bootcamp is one of those classes that slow plays you. It starts with a 2-round, 7 exercise circuit that gives you a nice sweat, but that's just the warm-up. Then, the middle of the workout is focused on endurance using more compound moves....drenched. Just when you're ready to high-five yourself for finishing that and think it's the end, the class actually ends with a 5-minute crusher round where you're not sure if that's sweat or tears on your face. This class was an excellent way to test where you think your fitness level is and see where you want it to be.
