Natalie’s 6am monday class was the BEST way to start the week. She was so relaxing and was gentle with the movements for our early start. She was very attentive to form - more than any instructor ive had at other studios. Which i greatly appreciated!

Class leaves you totally recharged and relaxed. There are some great power moves combined with breathing exercises. Great way to start your week.

The class was great but this is the smallest yoga studio I have ever been to and felt very cramped. The room is long and narrow and you have very little space in front of you once your mat is out. V
