About this studio
[solidcore] is a 50-minute, full body workout that uses slow, controlled movements to work your muscle fibers to failure—yep, failure. This low-impact process forces your muscles to rebuild a more sculpted, stronger and [solid] you. The workout is different each time, so it's impossible for your body to plateau or stop responding. Each class has a certified [solidcore] coach who motivates you to push yourself further than you would on your own. The studios are raw, inspiring, and welcoming. With small class sizes or 13 students or fewer, you are guaranteed a personalized experience every time. How to prepare
If this is your first visit to [solidcore], save yourself some time ahead of your first class! Download the [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign their liability waiver. You can also see what other upcoming classes are happening and learn more about their studios. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks or shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. Unfortunately, if you don't arrive 10 minutes early, they won't be able to allow you to take the class. Filtered water fountains, towels, bags for sweaty clothes, face wash are all available—everything you need to freshen up after class but NO showers.
