This is honestly one of the best workout classes in Portland. Kate is a great instructor. Shes patient, will give modifications and motivating. Im new to kettlebells but its a great workout. It kicks my butt but when I leave I feel Pumped up! The space is awesome and free parking.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
