About this studio

Fuel is not dogmatic, their classes incorporate the foundation of power Vinyasa yoga movements with the addition of creative speed and strength training moves. Yoga practice benefits strength, flexibility and balance; their classes focus on building strength through physical intensity as a path to bolder living. Fuel Yoga Workouts' classes are open to all levels and their well-trained instructors will make sure you're safe and leave happy and sweaty.

How to prepare

Students should bring clothing that they they are comfortable working out and sweating in. Bring a Yoga Mat, a towel, and some water. If you don't have those, don't worry, we rent them here: $3 for a mat, $2 for a towel. We also have Manduka Skidless yoga mat towels for $4 rental.

How to get there

There is street parking available in the surrounding blocks, often times 1st Ave. has more availability. Street parking availability varies depending on time of day and is $2/hr 8:00AM - 7:00PM Monday -Saturday. There are a couple of Smart Park Garages located a few blocks from us that generally have availability and are less expensive than street parking.

I loved that Sarah had a theme she was sticking to. I also felt like she went out of the box with the poses she was having us do. Definitely challenging and fun at the same time!

Super challenging! If you dont like heat, be weary as its intense training in a very hot environment. Arrive early as it can be a bit disorienting. Staff were really friendly. I found it hard to hear the instructor over the music and volume control was inconsistent but overall it was a solid workout! Good vibes from classmates / community also.

We liked the workout, but there was way too much extra talking, considering how loud the music was. The music honestly didnt need to be THAT loud it was kind of painful, and if youre giving extra esoteric encouragement its really frustrating because no one can hear you. If the music is that loud, it shouldnt be treated as a yoga class. Louder counting and more succinct well-annunciated instruction would be better, and then save the extra yoga-style encouragement for low key yoga classes where people can hear.

Class was a good size. Instructor was engaged and helpful. Studio was clean. I think I was the only new person but felt included in the group dynamic.

This was the hardest workout Ive ever done in a class setting. You will work harder than you can imagine but the encouragement is through the roof and you will be so proud of yourself when its done. Highly recommend!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
