I have been wanting to try this place for forever and I'm happy I finally did. The space is so welcoming and cozy and definitely a lovely place to hang out before/after the class. The class for me unfortunately left some things to be desired. I'm not very experienced with yoga and so I felt a little lost at times, wishing to get a bit of guidance. It was a little rushed but perhaps that's a good thing if you're not a total beginner. Though the instructor herself was absolutely lovely, I also would've wished she spoke a louder and explained what she was doing more because it was hard to hear/see her at times. That being said, I felt really calm after this class and did enjoy myself, but wish I would've been pushed a little more.

Hi there! I want to help unpack your feedback. So happy you are happy to try us! You initially mentioned feeling lost and needing guidance (I understood this as slowing down) but then asked to be pushed more at the end. Which would be most helpful to you, slower beginner modifications or a challenging push? About volume, always feel free to incorporate your own voice into class by waving your teacher down and asking her to speak up - our studio supports total ownership of your experience, supported by our quickly-adapting teachers within a tried and true format. Finally, next time you come, let the teacher know you are new! That gives us a good place to look instead of imagining where you're coming from. I'm teaching this Saturday at 9:30 and 10:30 if you want to come have another go! XO Corinne
VINYASA with Haley
I LOVE THIS STUDIO. Second class I've taken here - Haley is great, was hands on and had a great sequence. I always feel like I've gotten a good workout but I don't leave overly sweaty and exhausted so I truly feel renewed and relaxed.
