About this studio

We are SÅANA- three studios with one spirit. Down-to-earth + soulful movement We offer a full schedule of signature classes, ranging from gentle to vigorous. All yoga has the power to heal and transform: SÅANA restore (gentle, long-held postures) to SÅANA classic (grounding series of postures) to SÅANA flow (vigorous, heated Vinyasa). Our instructors, our studios and our staff are all part of our practice to teach movement that builds you up. The light in us sees the light in you (and we can’t wait to sweat together!).

How to prepare

Students should bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. They can also bring a yoga mat towel and a shower towel (optional). Everything is also available for rent. Must arrive 10 minutes before class starts or spot will be given away to waitlist!

A small sweaty room packed with 30 people, no room to move... but perhaps not needed because the class was very slow and did not follow any logical progression of movement. As a certified Pilates instructor in both contemporary and classical, I was confused about where the instructor was drawing from.

What is ClassPass?
