I’ve only ever said this of one other instructor at a different studio, but just like them, Natalie’s Power 1 class is a perfect in between for either beginners who are ready to advance their practice to the next level, or intermediate yogis who have taken some time off or are interested in perfecting certain poses for the highest benefit! For example, I could’ve sworn my pigeon pose (or even my downward dog) were set and good to go after practicing yoga 1-2 times/week off and on, but Natalie’s instruction and adjustments really made a difference in my performance on the spot! Needless to say, I am humbled by the soreness I feel today 😅. So grateful for her, for her thoroughness in her teaching and am excited for many classes to come! Don’t hesitate to sign up for this class!

His playlist and his choreography were on point and his production (lighting cues) really helped created the best environment. It’ll have you pushing yourself towards the limit and targeting those areas that always need a little something extra 😉. This was my first time at the studio/taking a LagreeRed class, but Chloe L was so helpful in her instruction and guidance. In very fast-paced environments where fatigue sets in, it’s easy to lose posture and technique and in large classes, many instructors may not provide any support so that is one of my top reasons I like Constantin’s instruction and classes.

This was my first time and walking in it definitely felt so intimidating because the machines are unlike anything I’ve ever worked with but Stephanie gave me a full run down and even helped me set it up when we moved throughout the work out. It reminded me of a vaulted Pilates machine. I really enjoyed the workouts and the amplifications and modifications Stephanie gave. This workout definitely had me shaking - it was awesome. I love this place. The studio has street parking which isn’t too bad.

It’s still challenging and will make you sweat but I love how there are stretches in between exercises. Sarah’s instructions were very clear to understand and she corrected everyone’s form when it was necessary. Will definitely take more renew classes from now on!

see all reviewsWent for Open Gym, really clean facility! They have 2 sections. One has all the machines and cables if that’s your jam. I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.
