Energizing space and flow!
RESTORE: yin + reiki with Kristi
For this class, instructor was knowledgeable, but the class fell way too far to the crystal/hindu end of yoga for me. At the end they gave each person tarot cards saying it was the universe speaking to them. Not for me.
RESTORE: yin + reiki with Kelly
This class says +reiki but did not receive any reiki from Kelly. It’s been the same the last two times I took this class. Otherwise it’s a pretty nice class.
RESTORE: yin + reiki with Melissa
Absolutely love Mellissa! Yoga with reiki is my all time favorite class!
FLOW: vinyasa all levels with Kelly
Very easy class, not as challenging as I would have liked (and I’m still fairly new) to yoga. Also, I could have done without the meditation voice recording. Guess Monday night’s at this studio just aren’t for me.
RELAX: yin yoga with Kelly
