Power Pilates & TRX Lagree Fitness with Mike
The instructor was very nice and helpful. I would not recommend this class to people who do not work out regularly, as it’s takes a lot of upper body and leg strength/endurance. This was my second Pilates class ever and I could only do 2/3 of the moves (I work out 4-5x a wk)

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
