About this studio

Rō Fitness is an interval-based, uniquely-challenging indoor rowing class. With the base of the workout on the rowing machine, you'll enjoy an incredible full-body cardio workout without the impact on your joints. This location is in the heart of Tarrytown, right off of Mopac! There is an easy, dedicated parking lot right in front. Rō Fitness is founded by rowers, so you can be sure to get properly acquainted with correct rowing technique so you can get the most out of your workout. First timers -- arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can go over class details and get you set up on your machine.

How to prepare

Wear athletic shoes and socks. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Want to use their shower? It's BYOS (Bring your own stuff -- towel, soap, etc.).

How to get there

Exit Windsor off of Mopac -- they're located off of Exposition and Windsor, right next to the Post Office and on the same strip as Frost Bank. There's a parking lot right out front. It is easy to find a spot, so enjoy a quick workout and get the most out of your day!

Practice 2k with Chelsea
This was a special purpose class to practice pacing a 2 kilometer row. We had a strategy session followed by a couple of intense warm up sets. After a short recovery break, the class was divided into staggered start groups and we raced a 2k. The warm up and advice paid off. Multiple people in the class beart their prior best 2k time.

What is ClassPass?
