About this studio

Regymen Fitness is an dynamic workout with three main platforms: Burn, Build and Box. Burn is a high calorie Interval training workout. Build is focused on strength and increasing lean body mass while improving flexibility and technique. Box is a hybrid of the Burn and Build with cardio being from heavy bag training. All workouts are instructor led, heart rate based and vary in lengths between 45, 60 and 90 minutes. What sets this gym apart is the people involved and the sense of community and family. We want everyone to succeed!

How to prepare

You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your first workout. We will have you fill out a waiver, set up with equipment and introduced to the coach/workout. Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes.

The Regymen Fitness Studio is located at 10515 North Mopac Expressway, Suite A150 in Austin, Texas 78759. Regymen fitness is in the Arbor Walk near Salada across from Mighty Fine. Please call us if you need help getting here.

What is ClassPass?
