Pure Barre is one of the fastest, most effective ways to change the shape of your body. Using small isometric movements at the ballet barre set to motivating music, Pure Barre lifts your seat and tones your thighs, abs and arms in record breaking time.

How to prepare

Bring grippy socks; they are also sold in the studio. Bring water. 1. New students must arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barre's. 2. No late arrivals. 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts), top that covers midriff and socks are required. 4. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in the studio. 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries.

Lisa is brutal!! In a great way. She really pushes you, and- uniquely- corrects your form every step of the way. Different moves and elements than other barre classes tried. At some points, though, it felt a bit dangerous- our hips etc felt pushed and at risk. Tight.

What is ClassPass?
