About this studio

Pure Barre is a total body workout that uses a ballet barre and your own body weight. The goal is to work every muscle group to fatigue, while stretching in between to create a long lean physique. 50 minute classes focus on areas people struggle with most: seat, hips, thighs, abs, and arms. You do not need ANY dance experience - if you can hold onto a ballet barre, you can do it! It is a non-impact workout designed for people of all ages and fitness levels! Our team of extensively trained, motivating and personable teachers guide you through each class. We show up to inspire, encourage and push you past your comfort zone: where you’ll find ultimate results. All you need to start is the desire to want more, to be more, to define your strongest self. Doors are locked at the start of class!

Pure Barre classes

How to prepare

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class start time for first visit, no late entry is permitted. Proper attire is pants, socks and a shirt that covers your midriff (no shorts, please). Socks (that cover the toes) are required. Pure Barre sticky socks are available for purchase at the studio. Doors are locked at the start of class, and late entry will not be permitted.

How to get there

Pure Barre has a studio policy that you may not take more than one class there per day.

What is ClassPass?
