About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! New clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Please be aware there is no late entry and doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required! Grip socks are highly encouraged!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They do not allow late entry into classes 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required (grip socks recommend) 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant Clients: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications. They require a doctor note clearing you for exercise.

What is ClassPass?
