How to prepare

WHO ITS DESIGNED FOR Pearl Street Fitness is designed for all fitness levels. Newbies are welcome in every class. Whether you are training for an ironman, looking to lose weight, or just ready to amp your workouts to another level, everyone becomes part of the “family” here. No matter how many times a month you come to class, you will find a fitness “home” at Pearl Street Fitness. Come prepared with a water bottle (water filtration system provided) and towel, close-toed shoes, and an "I Can, I Will" attitude!

How to get there

Pearl Street Fitness is located in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood (1107 S Pearl Street). There's plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.

Never know what to expect coming to Pearl Street! Different every time but such a great workout

Very hard workout which is usually good for you. However this particular HIIT spent too much time focusing on one side before alternating to the other result in compromising fatigue of the muscle and inability to properly control spinal alignment. This places undue stress on the lower back risking injury even for the most fit and technically savvy athletes with decades of experience. Great movements but simplify them and or alternate the side being worked more frequently to even out the rate of muscle fatigue thereby reducing likelihood of injury from improper technique

Drew’s class is the best class ever ;-) but seriously...this is my favorite gym on Class Pass. Very challenging, extremely rewarding. Drew is very motivating, attentive, and puts together workouts that you’ll never do twice. He also surprised me by remembering my name...even though I haven’t been in for at least a year! Strongly considering a membership here

What is ClassPass?
