About this studio

Oxygen Yoga and Fitness offers infrared heated yoga and fitness classes. You will use strength training and cardio to develop long-lean muscle while improving your balance, flexibility and range of motion in each class. The new movements will keep your body guessing and you coming back for more.

Tina was wonderful! She did a great job at leading the class, explaining movements, and had modifications for anyone who needed them. Infrared heat is good for anyone's first time hot yoga.

What is ClassPass?
