How to prepare

Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you happen to forget your yoga mat, they may always be rented at the studio for a small fee.

Nice and new studio but so crowded when classes transition, and having only 3 individual bathroom/change rooms meant I couldn’t even rinse my face after class without waiting 5+ minutes. Class itself was good, just a poor facility layout.

Such a great yoga instructor! Perfect for making it challenging for those looking for more difficultly and simple for those who are new to yoga. No 2 classes are the same with her and she has a very calming and energizing presence!

Not my fave but might be for you. Class was like working out in the gym but with a group of people. Movements were ballistic and even though there was music, nothing went to the music. Definitely if you don’t know what you are doing, you could hurt yourself.

Irene is a great instructor, I love the amazing workouts at oxygen yoga. The only thing I wasent the biggest fan of was she ended the class 15 min early to stretch where typically it is a fitness class for the full 60 mins
