About this studio

mYoga focuses on your perspective and your experience. Their aim is simple: to deliver a friendly, inclusive club where you can learn and practice yoga without feeling intimidated, self-conscious or inferior. They have created a relaxing place that provides a veritable refuge from city madness. In addition to teaching over 30 types of yoga, MYoga offers an extensive array of high-energy group exercise classes to lift the spirits and get you in shape!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. For Yoga Wheel classes, please bring your own Yoga Wheel.

nice big studio, the class is great, a really good stretch for sore muscles and deep stretch to increase mobility/flexibility

The hot yoga was replaced with another elementary class as the trainer could not make it.. However they did ask me whether it was okay to proceed.. Was already there anyway might as well join the class..

Changed the class and we only found out when we arrived. Cant understand replacement teachers pronunciation.

Great sequence and Jenny is a very awesome teacher.

The facilities are outdated and class is too packed

What is ClassPass?
