About this studio

mYoga focuses on your perspective and your experience. Their aim is simple: to deliver a friendly, inclusive club where you can learn and practice yoga without feeling intimidated, self-conscious or inferior. They have created a relaxing place that provides a veritable refuge from city madness. In addition to teaching over 30 types of yoga, MYoga offers an extensive array of high-energy group exercise classes to lift the spirits and get you in shape!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. For Yoga Wheel classes, please bring your own Yoga Wheel.

Jay structured the class really well. Class was conducted in a comfortable pace and instructions were loud and clear. She highlighted areas that we should take note of in every posture - muscles that should be engaged, alignment of joints, direction that each body part should be reaching towards. She also demonstrated movements that requires a few steps so that we can visualize them. It's a good class to build up yoga foundations that will take you further in your practice. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for also reminding us to be grateful for the props provided towards the end of the class!

Never done yoga with a chair before. I feel it’s easier than regular yoga since there’s a chair for you to balance on.

Jenny is a really gentle teacher. She gave clear verbal instructions for moves that are straightforward, and quick previews for moves that are more complicated. Class was well structured with relevant warm ups and nice counter poses. Thank you Jenny!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
