Born from a love for Pilates, Urban Spring was set up as a boutique,personalised lifestyle space dedicated to making quality Pilates a lifestyle choice for everyone. They believe that with their qualified and dedicated teachers they are able to aid you in battling the stresses of modern living by bringing about positive changes to your mind and body be it to recover from an injury or to stay young and healthy. With safe, effective and systematic teaching, they take pride that their clients will feel empowered through having a stronger body and a calmer mind.

How to prepare

Please bring two (2) large towels and drinking water for classes in the heated room (hot pilates, hot flow, hot barre) Please bring non slip socks and drinking water for Xtend Barre classes. Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in.

Ken is a great Pilates instructor. The moves may appear simple but done correctly with proper alignment one can be drenched even in a non hot class. His classes are always varied - you will not feel bored with repetitive moves.

What is ClassPass?
