    I think this is my third class now with Mark T. and he is a wonderful instructor. He took the time to introduce himself to students before class and help some of us with our hand wraps and check in to see who in the class are beginners and first timers. The class is well paced and we worked on our abs during the functional round. The songs chosen are great and his combos are mixed, and not too hard to follow. He walked around the class and helped us so our bags aren’t swinging too much and he was very encouraging and positive. Love his energy, that’s why I keep repeating classes taught by him!

    Lokies had great energy with clear cues on form. This is suitable for all levels because you get the choose weights to work with. If you’re looking for something to spice up your routine, this is it. Overall an enjoyable and safe session. I think the staff were alright, just wished I was told more about the gym after registration because three levels is a little much to navigate on your own if you’re short on time. Luckily my brain worked well enough to ask where class was before I was set free into the gym. Lesson is, don’t be late. Come 15 minutes early as per their recommendation to give yourself enough time settle down.

They will call out immediately if your form is not proper and may cause injury. Class structure (I went to OT Upgrade) was very well organised and easy to follow. Starting from wram up, light exercises to activate your muscles, follow with heavy exercises, then close it with cool down. Staff do clean the floor and equipments after each session. This place has the industry-best equipments for everything. (e.g. East West, Technogym, Assault, TRX). Physical therapy (RLT) is also available here! All (literally, all things) are ready, so just get yourself there to push hard and get the most out of your session(s). Will definitely return!
