Coach Han's approach was welcoming and motivating. He struck the right balance, gently pushing for that extra effort without being overly intense. Coach Vahn was very nice and encourage us throughout the workout but do not force us more than our limit and very attentive if we feel pain. I’m a hijabi and he was very respectful to me like he would demonstrate or show where to stand etc instead of holding my body to be in certain position. Oh btw power plate is basically a machine that vibrates so you burn more calories while workout.

    It was my first time in PWR. Front desk was lovely and asked to check if the cleats worked. Instructor was friendly. Being a seasoned rider, it was still a hard ride for me, but it was interesting to see his regular crowd responding to the instructor. I have never been in a class where weights were about 10 minutes, which is nice but hard work. He is really strong and trains warriors in his class. Congratulations and thanks for the ride.
