    Cool vibe. Fun class. I walked into the studio and it was kinda cold. By the time I finished the class, I was so hot and sweaty. Great workout. Evan was great. Sometimes I go to these classes on ClassPass and the instructors are robots. Not Evan. He remembered my name and pushed me to hit the bag harder. He showed me how to jab 1-2 jab. So fun. High energy. Loved it all. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend if you want to burn some calories and stress. Oh, there’s a free liquor bar to reward yourself after class and a nice bartender. Nice people. No attitude. And this was my first time boxing! Love the club feel.

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
