MMC is a fully equipped Pilates and yoga studio in the heart of Toronto. They offer mat Pilates, Reformer classes, yoga and Budokon classes.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes early if it's your first time to say hello! They provide mats, props, towels and water free of charge!

How to get there

They located on the second floor of 68 Scollard St. just west of Bay on the north side of the street.

Alexandra is such a great instructor. Attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Class is good for all levels (many mods for beginners). I like that every class is different - sometimes it’s more chill and stretchy but sometimes there’s tons of core and leg work.

What is ClassPass?
