About this studio
Max Velocity Fitness + Performance offers one-on-one personal training, small-group training, fitness classes and nutrition coaching. Knowledgeable, dedicated instructors are focused on personal attention and movement quality. MaxFit 40 is a 40-minute core & conditioning class utilizing bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, agility drills and real core exercises that will tighten your midsection and burn fat. MaxFit 60 is a 1-hour circuit training class that offers a total-body workout focused on proper movement with varying intensity and exercises that can be modified for all skill levels. TRX/Kettlebell is a hybrid class combining two of the effective training tools in a 1-hour workout. We also now offer Pilates.maxvelocityfitness.com+1 646 793 6363

How to prepare
Wear or bring comfortable workout clothes and shoes, water and a towel. Storage space is available for personal items. On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to sign a waiver and get checked in for class. You must be on time; the instructor may prohibit attendance for those who are late.
How to get there
Effective Monday, April 29, Max Velocity Fitness + Performance has moved to 222-15 Northern Blvd., Bayside, NY 11361. You may enter the facility on street level at the corner of 223rd St. and Northern Blvd. There also is an entrance in the parking deck. If you park there, enter the building and take the elevator or stairs to the lower level.
