About this studio

Kondi Fitness is certified in Callanetics, Pilates, and strength training. Lacey Kondi has created a unique exercise that is designed to lengthen and lean the body. Her method increases flexibility and strength without adding mass or bulk, achieving a lean and sculpted silhouette.

How to prepare

All classes require running shoes. Come well hydrated and eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to your class. The studio is a fragrance free zone so please refrain from wearing perfume or other heavily scented products as some clients are highly allergic.

Very tough class. One thing I would say is don’t necessarily try to hit the numbers on the treadmill that the instructor suggests. Do the best you can but don’t try to keep up you may hurt yourself.

Good class and a good sweat but I prefer to switch back between the cardio and TRX instead of doing 30 min of cardio first and then TRX like how it’s done in the other location

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
