How to prepare

Please dial #110 on the pin pad to the right of the door when you arrive at 750 Hamilton St. This will unlock the first door. I will have to come and unlock the second door if you arrive after 5pm :) Also….it’s a good idea to bring a TOWEL! We tend to get a bit sweaty. ;)

How to get there

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes are held at "The Post" Studios: CBC, 750 Hamilton St. unless otherwise stated next to the class name. The building itself it set a bit back from Hamilton Street. You will have to go up a large set of stairs, at the top you will see 750 written above the doors. Please dial 110 on the pin pad to the right of the door when you arrive. This will unlock the first door. I will have to come and unlock the second door if you arrive after 5pm.

Taras Friday power circuit classes are very challenging but a lot of fun. Tara is an awesome instructor and 30 minutes is all one needs to get an intense whole body workout.

Response from the studio:
I'm sorry to hear that you felt that the class was rushed. Every class is 30 minutes in length (as advertised) so the classes are generally quick. However that being said, limited moves are taught each class so that they are thoroughly explained and executed within the time frame. It's too bad you feel that it was dirty. I'm not really sure what you meant by that though as all mats are cleaned at the end of each class, and if you don't wish to use a provided mat the option to bring your own is always given and is stated on the website. The studio itself is also swept before each class, so clarification on what you felt was dirty would be very helpful. Thanks! :)

Tara is a really great instructor. This class is only 30 minutes long, but every minute is fully utilized. The pace of the class is quite fast which could make it a little intimidating to beginners, but if you find a spot in the back of the class and take breaks as needed youll be fine!

Great workout - youll break a sweat in the first couple minutes. It is an intensity packed half an hour. Give it your all and youll feel good for the day!

Fast class but Tara explains the exercises well and gets you sweating quickly.

What is ClassPass?
