I cannot say enough good things about this gym and this class. Im 6 months pregnant right now, and having gone religiously to Upper Body here beforehand, Ive continued to do so through my whole pregnancy so far and I feel fantastic after every class. This is the ONLY class Ive managed to continue taking whilst pregnant (aside from running outside myself). Sese and Dave the owner have helped me adapt the workout, provide me with my own incline bench every week and check in on my throughout. I am so grateful to be able to feel strong and fit still! P.s. just to clarify, this workout is as tough as you make it... if youre looking for serious burn factor like I was pre-pregnancy this is the place for you too lol

What is ClassPass?
