You get out as much as you put in, but they definitely do have a rigorous routine laid out for you. I really appreciated that they had me carry a 25 lb ball as I jogged around the block during an interval...hated the class...which means it was amazing!

Did not feel the flow was cohesive. Was not connected to the breath. Room was too cold for yoga.

Literally the worst bodypump class I’ve been to. The instructor didn’t help or comment on form and the counts were totally off of the music... which already was bad.

Good gym. It’s split across multiple levels, so it was a little congested in some areas while hardly no one used some of the other areas
