see all reviewsLoved this class! This was week 1 of a Chakra series, and it focused on the root Chakra. A big critique I have of BSY is that their classes often feel very appropriative and whitewashed, so I appreciated that Adam offered a connection to traditional teachings and a focus on grounding in addition to a great workout. I'll be coming back next week :)

see all reviewsI love going to YoStrong and this instructor might be my fav so far! (I missed her name sadly) but she does Tues and Thursday mornings. Sometimes the teachers seem like they just call out cardio moves until everyone is panting - but her workout had a great structure, focusing on strength with cardio bursts. Will be back!

see all reviewsSweaty class. Probably not great for beginners as got really fast in the middle. If it’s gonna be a fast flow, I personally prefer music turned up more than it was. There were a few times where I felt pressured to stay in a pose which I don’t think is yoga appropriate

see all reviewsEnjoyable class. I loved the music, the yoga sequence, & the teacher had great energy as well. One thing to keep in mind: There were overhead fluorescent lights on. Ooooh, I did NOT like that at all. Hopefully that’s a one time thing and not during all evening classes.

It was very interesting to learn about new modalities to remove stress and trauma from the body. Not to mention effective. Caitlin was a wonderful instructor. Loved how she guided us through this practice.

see all reviewsI love this facility a lot. The room the Pilates class is in is so calming and beautiful. Loved the class & instructor was lovely. My only feedback is the instructor seemed unsure of certain aspects of the class (trampoline) which was actually my favorite part !! I know it may have been difficult for others but it was the part I had most fun in whereas other aspects I struggled with and other members were more comfy. I guess I’d encourage other instructors to keep that part of the class even if it’s unusual bc it’s a good exercise and is a nice change of pace. Excellent experience overall ❤️

see all reviewsGillian is one of the best yoga teachers in Austin! I think of her class as grounded and practical — yoga for regular, real people. She’s not too woo-woo but still very knowledgeable, and her class is challenging but encouraging of modifications. I love how diverse her classes are — lots ages and body types. Really wish more yoga in Austin was like this!
