About this studio
--FREE CLASS-- This class will not count towards your plan limit. The goal of this group is to help you get fast and fit while making friends along the way. Workout Overview: Each class will begin with active stretching and warmups for 5-10 minutes. We will then do about 25 minutes of sprint intervals mixed with some bodyweight workouts that will differ each week. The last 5 minutes will be stretching and/or ab exercises and your walk/jog home can cool you down! Bring comfortable running clothes and willingness to sweat! Level: All skill levels are welcome! Track stars, snack stars, or anyone else! Location: We will usually meet at the elbow of the Williamsburg Bridge (Brooklyn side) about 100 yards up from the Bedford Ave. About Pat: If you're looking for someone to push with you through the pain while smiling then you'll enjoy working out with Pat. He has been helping train people for 10 years and enjoys the post-workout feeling of ache and accomplishment. Pat brings a gentlemanly charm to a gritty NYC-style workout and is really excited to sweat with you. When not running or at the gym Pat is probably watching a movie, taking pictures, or putting too much hot sauce on something.
How to prepare
Please bring running clothes, water, and a willingness to sweat! There is no bag drop, so come ready to run.

We will usually meet at the elbow of the Williamsburg Bridge (Brooklyn side) about 100 yards up from the Bedford Ave.
