About this studio

Here at Forme Fitness, we specialize in delivering superior results through athletic and functional training programs. We offer small group training with a max of 12 students per class. Who is it for? - Anyone who appreciates training hard and having fun while building a strong and lean body. Small group classes are our signature metabolic conditioning classes, which is unique to Forme. We’re actually the only gym in Canada with a three lane 100ft indoor turf track, which allows us to do unique training such as HIIT, Tabata, Strongman, Circuit training, etc... For every exercise in a small group class there are levels that can scaled down for beginners or modified for the advanced. This way, the classes are for anyone and everyone!

How to prepare

Preparing for your visit to Forme is as easy as it gets! Be sure to wear clean, comfortable and supportive shoes. Dress in clothing that lets you move and sweat! Besides what you wear, Forme provides everything you'll need to get through a class. We're equipped with Men & Women locker rooms, each with stocked showers and fresh towels. We always have cold water available, so be sure to bring your go-to water bottle so you can stay hydrated.

Metabolic Conditioning Class
Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed by this gym. Metabolic Conditioning class was Tabata style but I didn’t break a sweat. Might be a good workout for some people but the class just wasn’t intense enough for my fitness level. I personally like to be pushed really hard. The fitness studio/gym is in a bit of a sketchy area and there was a HUGE Great Dane roaming the gym... he was cute and well-behaved but that was not very professional and would be stressful for people who have pet allergies or are afraid of dogs

This class was amazing! The trainer was so encouraging and ensured that the form was correct. Very friendly and inspiring workout buddies. One of the best bootcamps that I have been to!! Definitely going to join this!

Super hard cardio sections! The instructor was a bit lax on going over the warm up— but it is written on the wall. Thing is some pple didn’t seem to know what they were doing and semi disrupted the warm up flow.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
