The class was good - as beginners you don’t get to do that much, but we got to spin already.

Instructor went at a fast pace and it felt like a class for beginners who already been to a few classes. It would have been better if she went more slowly for first timers
PiYo (Pilates/Yoga)
This class was neither yoga nor Pilates. The studio space is very seedy as it’s in a windowless, dark room that’s set up for pole dancing classes. I was the only one who showed up for class and the teacher just led me through a series of stretches with very little working out. The class ended abruptly and early, which was good under the circumstances. Would not go back.
Abs & Ass Workout
Good workout but nothing really special. I liked the kicks that were more associated with dance.

great workout. always leave there sweating and the next few days I'm sore. I also like it because it's not too far from where I work

Great class. total body workout. Low impact on the joints

What is ClassPass?
