This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

The semi private class with Chelsea was great! I am a novice at Pilates but have experience with other fitness activities. The class was doable for a beginner like myself that is reasonably fit and flexible, but still challenging at some points. Chelsea adapted the difficulty based on the overall experience of the members in the class, which I liked. I would recommend the instructed class for novices or even intermediates because Chelsea will correct your form which is helpful in the long run. One note I will make about the studio itself is that it is different from other studios I have been to. There is no front desk and therefore no one staffed if you try to call them. I was told to email them if you have any questions.

    STRONG (Studio)

The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it. This workout was definitely focused more on building strength and keeping up good form rather than high intensity. People of all abilities can take this class confidently.
