Very friendly class and coach. Great workout!
Crossfit 101: Fundamentals
Class pass get it together this class doesn't exist on weekdays only Saturday's, soon we showed up and didn't get to work out at all
Crossfit 101: Fundamentals
There wasn't a fundamentals class tonight. Some coach named Leah, rather rudely, informed me that fundamentals is only taught Saturday morning (with no apology about the class being available on CP). However, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and offered me a free yoga class with a pass for 3 more. The flow class was great and challenging. The Crossfit section however was rather disappointing.
Crossfit 101: Fundamentals
Apparently this is a 3 week class. Ive always wanted to try crossfit and this is a non intimidating way to do it. Luckily I came on the 2nd day of the 3 weeks so the coach let me stay, but I think if I had come later in the week I would've been turned away.
Crossfit 101: Fundamentals
Good class, but this is part of a larger two week series, where attendees go every day and learn the ropes of CrossFit. This should be noted on Class Pass.
Crossfit 101: Fundamentals
The gym is great and the people working there are great however don't expect to do a full xfit class and their xfit structure is such that you have to do their entire introductory program before you can do a regular class (which makes sense for safety reasons) but none of the other introductory classes are eligible with Class Pass. So i think using class pass is a great way to check out the gym but i don't think the structure/agreement between EADO xfit works well for a long term consistent attendance format which is what xfit is about.
