It was a different class format in the sense that you pick which line applies to the weights you want to use but it was otherwise a normal circuit, half strength and half cardio. The workout was challenging in the best way and left me feeling strong without feeling completely drained after. I also genuinely appreciate that the studio offers both Lift with cardio and Lift without cardio options. Being able to focus mainly on strength training made the workout so much more enjoyable without having to catch my breath in between sets if there was cardio in between. Definitely adding this class into my routine.

Coach Stacey is living proof of her work. I may not agree entirely with her exercise prescription, but nevertheless her chest and shoulders routine for the day made for an intense workout.
