WOD with Jim
Very mixed opinions about this class. I thought it was a HIT class, not a CrossFit. The equipment is very old. Surprisingly it does the trick of a good workout. The instructor knows a lot about form and is willing to teach. However this was my first class back to ClassPass. As soon as we began class the instructor already judged me. There were 3 other guys in the class. He had different exercises and lower expectations for the women than men. For both cardio and the weights. I find this discouraging and never been to a class where women and men had different expectations.

Good as a HIIT style workout, great cardio, but I expected a bit more weight/ strength training.

the 20 minute WOD at the end of the workout was challenging and a great workout. I did not know we would spend 40 minutes going over technique/expected a longer intense workout but found it very informative.

Try not to take this class if you are new to CrossFit. Brittany was very nice and attentive but the group is huge and there are mostly experienced goers. i loved the class but might take more fundamental crossfit class options before returning here.

Cory was super. Warm and welcoming and modified the workout since it was my first CrossFit experience. Tough workout and makes Barry’s seem easy.
