Literally the hardest class I have ever done but so so amazing and the best workout. Not only was Sean an incredible instructor but the rest of the class attendees clearly go there on a regular bandit (all knew eachother by name) any welcomed me in and also gave me pointers when I wasnt sure of an exercise. Incredible workout

great workout and really friendly staff. workout was tough definitely need to know the big lifts and basic weight training, but I don't think any CrossFit experience is necessary

Fun class, lots of goblet squats and KB swings. I expected some compound movements but what can you do. Also SO MANY BURPEES (although Im assured by regulars thats not usually the case).

Serge is an amazing instructor! Truly was there to motivate and cared about form and technique! I do wish the the class was a bit bigger (for energy purposes) but nonetheless a great class/workout/sweat!
