Rachel is really nice. smaller group size, 4 ppl max. the machine you r on makes u work each muscle group in a non impact excercise. imagine holding a squat for a full min. you feel like jello

Class was small (holds a max of 4 students) which is great for those who like more 1:1 interaction with the instructor. Good for those who like a low-impact, slower paced class (more like a rehab class than anything). More fitting for a more mature student or those with limitations.

Teacher was not very hands on. She told a lot of personal stories during class. It is a very casual environment, and small class.

An awesome class as every class is at this studio. Rachael is a wonderful instructor. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to improve mind-body connection and to strengthen the core.

What is ClassPass?
