King West- at the corner of King and Duncan just west of the Royal Alex theatre. Note: it's the door at the end of the building and not the office doors!

Aerial Yoga - all levels with OJ
There was a confusion at the beginning of the class where 2 extra people took spots without signing up. It was not a good impression for someone who is trying the class for the first time. Thankfully the instructor did a great class and spent extra time at the end for the times lost. I suggest always taking attendance to avoid issues like this, but aside from that enjoyed the class itself.

Great instruction, solid workout with OJ! Facilities aren't the nicest but essentials are there!

It was my first time taking aerial yoga and I loved it! The instructor gave clear directions and made it easy to follow along. Would definitely take it again!

It was a bit terrifying to go up in the air although with the suspension to do the inversion. Hopefully as my strength is getting better, I can be more confident.

Instructor was not welcoming at all, didn't really facilitate timing of the sets. I had to guess when 1 minute was up to switch partners. He was too busy exercising with us when he should've been instructing. He wasn't an encouraging coach either.

The class was very effective - definitely got me sweating! The teachers’ style was very hard hitting at times, so keep an open mind and you’ll have fun!

What is ClassPass?
