Tai Chi (Level 1)
Very friendly instructors and fun activities
Kickboxing (Level 1)
This was a great class if someone is trying to learn Kung fu/tai chi but wasnt necessarily a work out class....
Kickboxing (Level 1)
Great class! Defintely perfect for beginners! Took away one star bc they have no AC and it was way too hot
Tai Chi (Level 1)
I echo the previous reviewers: very friendly atmosphere, loose black clothes are appropriate (but not required), and the top floor space is airy and sunny. I stretched things that I stretch in yoga.
Kickboxing (Level 1)
This was a great class, it was not so high-intensity but more about form. The teacher has superlative form and I mainly focused on this.
Tai Chi (All Levels)
This was a great class with stretching and clear instruction on Tai Chi fundamentals. Friendly and supportive and very knowledgeable about connections between Tai Chi and other martial arts.
Tai Chi (Level 1)
Excellent guidance for new people. Wear loose black clothes to fit in.
Tai Chi (Level 1)
Very relaxing and fun. I thought they did a good job of teaching beginners within a more experienced class. Beginners got separate instruction but also interacted with the larger group. Great space and very friendly, welcoming instructors.
Kickboxing (Level 1)
Great for stretching and coordination
Kickboxing (Level 1)
Great workout! Everyone was nice
