    Strength Training Bootcamp

Got a great workout! Instructor was chill and easygoing. Small individualized class, plenty of parking, which is a plus! I was a bit confused about timing since I showed up early and he started when I showed up, but that's a good thing. I'd definitely come back!

Julia was a great instructor. She was easy to hear and understand. She would do the combination in the middle of the room for everyone then if people were struggling she would do it again closer to them so it was easier to see and replicate.

    Rumble Boxing (45mins)

If you like the back & fourth like Barry’s, you’ll really enjoy this! Instead of running, you’re boxing! Helpful to have the combos and exercises on the wall, I really liked that! Good vibes all around.

    Kickboxing 45

This was such a great class! It definitely kicked my butt a bit because I hadn’t worked out in a while, but definitely manageable and a great workout. There were 3 minute workouts (high knees, jumping jacks, squats, butt kicks, push-ups, etc) in between the 8 rounds of boxing and it definitely got my heart rate up. The instructor was great and showed me a few of the boxing combinations before we started and then really helped me during the class. He was very patient and made me feel good being there even as a beginner. I loved the class so much I’m planning on going again and getting a membership. Also boxing gloves are free to use for your first class but you have to bring your own or rent some after that, and you need boxing wrap so I bought some for $10 before the class started.
