To give you a reference point, I am a female in my early 40s who has been to many spin classes at many places. I thoroughly enjoyed Dolly's class!! The music was super fun (She's a Maniac, Call Me Al, Footloose) and the ride gave me a great workout! No, she doesn't ride along, but if you know 1st, 2nd, 3rd, you really don't need to watch someone. She counts the cadence for you, reminds you of posture, and keeps the energy up. She started at 11:15 and ended at 12:00. She was out of there lightening fast, I assume she had to run to another studio, which I can respect. She gave us full attn while she was there. And it's a laid back, Friday group- not full of stuffy people. The gym overall is a bit run down, but that's why it's fewer credits. The class and people are great!

Great (HARD!) class. Dolly is very encouraging. Studio needs modernizing and check-in staff are unhelpful and frequently confused.

Were two children running around area designated for kettlebells, where over half of the kettlebells had just been spray painted. Very uncomfortable

Very run down facilities. Class was not fulfilling. Biggest pet peeve is when instructors don’t spin with the class.

Good workout, as a 24 year old I was the youngest one there though by more then ten years. Enthusiastic instructor!

This class is hard!! Be prepared to sweat. 50 full minutes of cardio and weight training and then 10 minutes of stretching. Good music.

This class kicked my butt! All of my muscles, big and small, for a work out.

Small space but has everything I need for a quick morning workout.

Intense kickboxing training session! Mario was great and really motivated me to work hard. The gym itself is a little dark and the first floor smells like a pet store, but I had a great experience with the class!

I had a great workout. Small gym with sauna great for if you want to get a run on tredmill and then do circuit training with small weights. Front desk is super nice. I would go back.
