About this studio
Beach Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio in the Beach neighbourhood of Toronto. We offer Private, Semi-Private, Group Classes and Post-Natal classes. We also offer Bootybarre®, TRX™, Indoor cycling, Far-Infarred Suna cycling and many more classes! Our fully equipped studio includes: •Reformer •Cadillac •Tower •Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Small barrels •SpringTone •Lots of props for Mat work Owner, Laura Lynn is a 2nd Generation Master Teacher with Lolita San Miguel as her mentor. She is fully STOTT PILATES certified as well as Master/Mentor trained with Rael Isacowitz of BASI Pilates. How to prepare
•Please arrive 10 minutes BEFORE class start time to fill out a waiver and to settle in before class. •No showers, we do have change rooms. What to Wear: - We are a NO SHOE studio. You WILL need a pair of Indoor shoes for any BOOTCAMP or SPIN classes. Our Bikes are compatible with SPD spin shoes as well. - Be sure to wear clothing that is Comfortable for you to move, breathe and sweat in. What to Bring: - We offer Pilates Mats to use during class at no charge - We offer Towels at no extra charge - Water bottle
How to get there
•The studio is on the South side of Queen between Glen Manor Dr. + Maclean Av. •There is street metered Green P parking directly in front of studio on Queen street for $2.25/hr •Alternatively you can park on any of the side streets to the south of Queen for free off of Glen Manor Dr and Maclean Ave. •We have 2 separate studios: - Unit 5 (Full Studio name+Logo) is our Group Mat, Bootybarre®, TRX™ and spin classes studio. -Unit 10 (Logo only) is our Group Equipment studio (Reformer / Tower / SpringTone etc).
