Jenna was great a real challenge. Keep an eye out for her name on the schedule if you want an actual cardio challenge out of HIIT class at a barre studio. I will definitely be looking for her again!

Super nice instructor but not the best cardio class I’ve had. She was covering for another instructor but lacked a little flow and variety. But the barre portion was great. Just the cardio could have been a little more intense and flowing.

Nathan’s classes are always efficient and professional. He knows the body well, and is good with supporting those with injuries. The pace of his classes are slower, which is something I really admire about his teaching. I don’t feel rushed, and because of that I actually feel like I am working the muscles both effectively and safely :)

Zakia was a great instructor!! High energy, friendly and she seemed like she really cared. I loved that she gave options for different levels of difficulty. It was like a choose your own barre adventure!
