About this studio

Artemis Yoga is a locally owned, friendly Watertown studio that believes anyone can learn and practice yoga to strengthen the body and relax the mind. In this brand new, welcoming space, you will find more than 25 classes a week with easy to understand descriptions, multiple levels (beginner to advanced) and specialty topics such as relaxation, restorative and meditation. They offer two practice rooms, lockers, a shower, mat storage and complimentary yoga mats. Classes are held at a comfortable temperature!

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing. Mats are available and complimentary! Artemis Yoga offers classes for all levels of experience with an emphasis on alignment-based instruction and the use of props such as blocks, straps or blankets. They also have a really cool rope wall, which is another prop to help you experience posture in a new way.

How to get there

There is a public metered parking lot directly behind their building, with plenty of street meters for parking.

this was my first time at a yoga class and while the style was challenging I found it so mentally and physically stimulating. the instructor was wonderful, gentle and really took her time to help us with our alignment. I felt so welcome and comfortable in the space which helped me to melt my anxieties about stepping outside of my comfort zone.

Instructor was great, friendly environment but during the yoga nidra people were snoring all around and it was very distracting!

High quality postural training. The teacher Sue did more adjustments than any other teacher I’ve ever had which was incredible and much much appreciated

good workout, a bit heavy on the arms. music and instruction were okay.

I felt this to be a little slow and l lacked focus in my practice. It is called slow flow though so it may have been my fault. Still I don't recommend this if you want to feel like you got a workout after.

What is ClassPass?
