About this studio

The allongée® technique is a proprietary fitness technique utilising small muscle groups with large range of movement to raise the heart rate and maximize calorie (and fat) burn. allongée®'s unique CardioBarreBands bring some exra resistance into the mix, maximizing strength training while increasing cardiovascular activity. Their total body workouts are designed for sustainability and efficiency; classes run for 30-60mins.

What is ClassPass?
