About this studio

Designed by a broadway dancer, Adam Sanford Fitness is a collection of high intensity, full body workouts that provide a precise approach to body design. The workouts are optimized to challenge the body's muscles on the deepest level in order to create a lean, fit, well proportioned physique. All workouts are designed to hit every body part for an efficient results driven workout. For all non-dancers who want to get into a tough workout try the BODY Boot Camp class PLEASE NOTE: that the following classes take place at different locations *Midtown locations - Fri/Sat/Sun - 939 8th Avenue, Buzz #307 OR Tue/Wed - 250 W 54th Street, CHECK YOUR EMAIL: Exact studio number will be emailed the day of the class

How to prepare

Please bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable and stable sneakers. SWEAT class -60 Minutes of High Intensity Dance Cardio, with Core, Upper Body and Lower Body Light weight toning Exercises dispersed throughout. BODY class - 50 Minutes of Intense plyometric circuits alternating cardio bursts and body weight strength training DEFINE class - 50 Minutes Head to toe strength training using light weights and resistance bands TOTAL BODY - S.B.D. - 60 Minutes. Little less Dancing, little more toning than our Sweat class

Adam is super awesome! This is my first time taking Dance cardio, but definitely my best ClassPass experience EVER! I was the only student who came today(which made me nervous), however, it's super energetic and motivating! The first 30 minutes cardio dance was challenging but very inspiring. Adam made it so clear and easy to follow. Great workout. LOVE LOVE ADAM!
