Designed by a broadway dancer, Adam Sanford Fitness is a collection of high intensity, full body workouts that provide a precise approach to body design. The workouts are optimized to challenge the body's muscles on the deepest level in order to create a lean, fit, well proportioned physique. All workouts are designed to hit every body part for an efficient results driven workout.
For all non-dancers who want to get into a tough workout try the Boot Camp class
