Designed by a broadway dancer, Adam Sanford Fitness is a collection of high intensity, full body workouts that provide a precise approach to body design. The workouts are optimized to challenge the body's muscles on the deepest level in order to create a lean, fit, well proportioned physique. All workouts are designed to hit every body part for an efficient results driven workout. For all non-dancers who want to get into a tough workout try the BODY Boot Camp class PLEASE NOTE: that the following classes take place at different locations *Midtown locations - 939 8th Avenue, Buzz #307 OR 250 W 54th Street, CHECK YOUR EMAIL: Exact studio number will be emailed the day of the class

How to prepare

Please bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable and stable sneakers. SWEAT class -60 Minutes of High Intensity Dance Cardio, with Core, Upper Body and Lower Body Light weight toning Exercises dispersed throughout. BODY class - 50 Minutes of Intense plyometric circuits alternating cardio bursts and body weight strength training DEFINE class - 50 Minutes Head to toe strength training using light weights and resistance bands S.B.D. Full Body class - 60 Minutes. Little less Dancing, little more toning than our Sweat class
