    AMAZING INSTRUCTOR. I liked how he emphasized going at your own pace as long as you had each pose and position under CONTROL. Also like how he incorporated cardio and explained why he does so. Be prepared to sweat and feel like you’re going to faint! Awesome hot Pilates class!

    The classes are a great mix of plyo and some weights. They also offer training classes! You can use the squat rack that’s in the group X room when class is not on (I was able to use it). They had a lot of the equipment needed. The staff is really nice! Only suggestion would be to have a squat rack in one of the lifting rooms and show newbies the room with the bands and ropes etc.
